Refund policy

RETURN POLICY We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. We accept items for refund/exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery of order. Items exchanged must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached, unaltered, and with no odor. NO EXCEPTIONS. Clearance, Final sales, and undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges. Online orders that have not been fulfilled maybe cancelled and refund applied.

Since you are responsible for shipping items back to us, we recommend insuring packages, especially on high-end items. Vero Santi will not be responsible for packages not received by our warehouse. We suggest that you ship items to our warehouse as soon as possible, since we do not guarantee availability of items exchanged for. Once items are received, we will email you a notification. We will notify when the exchange has been completed. Typical exchange process is completed within 5 days after receipt of items.
